I have been working in the tech industry for over 20 years as a software engineer, engineering manager, and Director of engineering. So I know firsthand what it is like being a woman in a male-dominated field. After spending nine years living in the US, I returned to my home country and decided to focus on my passion for supporting women’s career growth in tech.

I have mastered LinkedIn for the last nine years since moving to the US in December 2010. Improving my LinkedIn profile and social engagement helped me get incredible opportunities, which resulted in multiple jobs. We meet every two weeks. Based on my experience, bi-weekly is the perfect meeting cadence that will give you enough of my support and allow you to take action.
