Hi, I’m Limor Bergman Gross

Former Director of Engineering · Executive & Team Coach for Women in Tech Leaders

Limor Bergman Gross, leadership coach for women in tech

I’ve spent over 20 years building and leading teams in tech.

Before becoming a coach, I worked as a software engineer, engineering manager, and Director of Engineering, including senior leadership roles at DigitalOcean.

I’ve built and scaled engineering teams, led through rapid growth and change, navigated executive rooms, and delivered results in high-pressure, male-dominated environments.

I wasn’t just advising leaders.

I was one.

Why I do this work

For years, I was often the only woman in the room.

I delivered strong results, built high-performing teams, and kept raising the bar, yet I still had to learn the unspoken rules of leadership growth the hard way.

No one teaches you how to:

• shift from execution to strategy

• increase visibility without self-promotion burnout

• navigate power dynamics and senior conversations

• lead with confidence in environments not built for you

That’s what I now help women in tech do faster, smarter, and with far less frustration.

I also host the podcast From a Woman to a Leader, where women in tech share honest stories about how they actually got where they are. The more of us who talk about this openly, the easier it gets for the woman coming up behind us.

How I work

My coaching is practical, strategic, and grounded in real leadership experience.

I combine:

• real-world tech leadership

• executive coaching frameworks

• systems thinking

• honest, focused conversations

No fluff.

No generic confidence advice.

Just real progress.

Who I work with

I partner with:

• women in engineering and tech leadership roles

• rising managers ready for director-level impact

• teams navigating growth, trust, and collaboration

• organizations investing in leadership development
